Jacob was here on time and with little fuss repaired the mal-functioning LG in door ice maker. He also noted that the fridge doors were not properly aligned and remedied that so there was no loss of cooling. He also reset the temps for optimum results. I have used this Company in the past and will continue to do so if needed. Thanks
