Countertops review in

I purchased a wolf countertop oven from Williams food for $723.19 in December 2021.
Using it over the next 2 months, I found out it was not cooking properly ,. Frozen entrees had to be heated in the microwave after they came out of the oven >
The company has straightened out the problem, thank you
