I needed a new water softener and I was recommended Watersmart Systems. They had a great price on a new softener and install. About 2-3 days after the new softener was put in we noticed a leak and our bathroom & kitchen flooded. I called Watersmart and they were out within minutes to fix the issue and stop the flooding. They used a shop vac to clean up all the water and returned the next day to remove all the wet dry wall and dry out the area with big industrial fans. Over the next few visits they removed any material that was wet, and replaced it including all new dry wall (about 3 feet high on 4-5 different walls) and some flooring. They are currently in the stage of sanding and mudding and have already confirmed to me that they have matched my existing paint and will be finishing by painting all the replaced drywall so that the bathroom and kitchen looks just as it did prior (perhaps even better). During this entire process Paul (the owner) has been in constant contact with me, letting me know next steps and always assuring me that it will look just like new again without any extra cost to me. In an age where companies are protected by their service contracts it is amazing to know that there are still companies that take pride in the work they do and chose to stand behind it instead of hiding behind a contract or my home owners insurance. Although the work is not completed yet I have no doubt it will be. It's easy to be a good or great company when your selling something the real test of a good or great company is how they take care of you if/when something goes wrong and watersmart systems is a Great company.
