Got metal roof done. Good crew, hard workers. Winter comes, the roof starts building up giant ice chunks that slide off roof (2.5 storey) and smashes our awning, and on our driveway. Have two toddlers and pregnant wife, so very very dangerous, these chunks are the size of a brick. One day, a sheet of ice/snow came crashing down. About 6 feet by 6 feet. Would have legitimately killed my kids. I start calling, no response, email, no response, text salesman we dealt with, nothing. Finally a guy responds via email and say they can add snow guards for $239 per 4 foot section. He tells me they didn't offer these guards before. We cannot use or side door anymore in the winter out of fear for our safety.
UPDATE: Jake from DoubleAA called and wanted to rectify the situation, he had his guys come out and add snow guards at no cost. I am satisfied with how things ended and glad Jake reached out to make things right.
