I had received some suspicions bites and called Purity. Michael was very helpful and informative on the phone and was prompt to set up an appointment. Unfortunately for me Radar did detect bed bugs within the bed however Michael reassured me that it didn't seem like a big infestation and was able to get me in touch with a company who was able to get rid of the problem.
