Pathetic results will never use or recommend them

There were two workers for two hours. I don’t know what they did but it wasn’t cleaning. The hardwood flooring was a mess. They blamed the “crappy” equipment saying it’s all they give us. The bathrooms all had to be redone. I had asked that the window sills be cleaned as well and they wiped them but then left a pile of what they wiped at the end of each sill?
Zoom in on the pictures and you will see. This is after they apparently cleaned. Oh and the two mop pics are of mops I used to clean the floors after they left.
