End Of The Roll

Roxanne, flooring Advisor, showed us a beautiful click together slate tile flooring that is perfect for our kitchen. We bought the tiles, rented the tile cutter and installed ourselves without any major problems!

We had end of the roll help us with our Reno. I was quite impressed because the guy Russ that helped us out was quite knowledgeable of the products and helped us make better decisions for our house and what we actually needed to buy. The quote was close to accurate to the price we paid as well. I think we would choose them again for next time we decide to do a Reno of some sort.

The company gave us a quote and did not honour it. We had installed wainscotting prior to the in-house consultation but after the carpet was installed the company called us and asked for an extra 100$ because we had baseboards in that the installer did not know about. Also, the installer went upstairs where we did not need carpet and helped himself to our amenities. After he left there was a huge mess that took us an hour and a half to clean up and we found a hole in one of our newly-painted walls. When we refused to pay the $100 the associate at End of the Roll told us that she would talk to her manager to see if we could get a discount on the extra work. After seeing all the things that went wrong with the install and even after hearing our complaints they did not apologize and we still had to pay $50. I would NOT be going back to this company again nor will I be recommending this company to any of my friends.

Purchased carpet and had their installer put it in the whole upstairs of house. We were happy with both the price and installation job, but the installer took a lot longer than expected. He needed 2 and a half days to complete and he even told us towards the end that he was dragging his feet on the job. Inthe end we were happy with the quality of the job just not the time it took.
