Although the store was not quite opened - we were able to telephone them about our need for a new cover. They ordered it for us and discounted the price for the inconvenience of them not being 100% available (due to the fact they weren't open yet) Hot tub cover was perfect.
We took a visit to the store after it opened - very very nice garden furniture - very high end. They were very helpul and even served us espresso! By the way, they sell those too...
