AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service

We have used AmeriSpec more than once to inspect homes for us. They saved us from purchasing a house that would have been devastating to us financially. We were new to the market and didn't know anything about purchasing homes and what to look for. They take the time to walk you through a home and show you what you should look for and let you know when you should walk away from a property. They also inspected the home we ended up buying and have had them come back again to inspect our renovations for government grants. They are always professional, patient and willing to help.
