We were moving into a condo and required old carpet removal + new carpet installation prior to move in date. The lead time was 4 days.
Dustin (Nepean Location) was quite helpful and organized the installers busy schedule to accommodate us. The first crew ran into an issue of the old carpet actually being glued down, so removal took much longer and work was much harder. This took until 3pm or so, and new carpet installation followed same day. Installers stayed until project was complete, about 9pm. We were able to move in the next day. Cannot say enough about quality of service from get go to completion.
