Betz Cut Stone Ltd

I only received part of my order. wWith no explanation. I was told someone was looking into it, haven't heard back in 2 months. they dont even have voice nail. Avoid these people

I purchased t stone from them. I was a long time customer of this company. Had about 25% extra stone left over after project completed due to contractor error.. Requested return of extra stone. Company refused to consider any return even with offer of substantial restocking fee. I was told "it is against company policy" but no prior mention of this policy at time order was placed and no notice posted.. I have to eat the overage as I have no use for it. Poor customer relations. Be careful when you deal with this company.

We purchased some Banas Stone limestone for installation of our porch. When we picked up the material and took it some, we noticed that there were some major colour stains on the stone that wasn't a property of the stone. We took the stone back to Betz, and they replaced the stone no questions asked. The porch is now complete, and looks great.

This is a very difficult company who has no idea about service. I put a deposit down for an order, but due to complications with the design, the project has to go on hold for likely the winter. Betz refuse to return my deposit even though no order has been placed. The owner and the salesman hang up, are unavailable or simply yell and then hang up when I try to discuss my situation, look to get my money back or even get a credit for my money for 6 months from now. They have no order or invoice to back up their claim on my money. I believe in working with companies who are client friendly, this company is from the dark ages. When the salesman refused my calls, I asked to speak to the owner, and he gleefully said, go ahead...he's the mean one! Who wants to deal with people like that? I have to take them to small claims court at this point unfortunately.

Krysta was extremely helpful and dead on with her measurements. She told us we would have 1/2 a tile left over if we did the job right and she was correct! They have a huge selection in the quarry to choose from. One of the guys that worked there overheard me talking to Krytsa and said that I could call him at home if I had any problems.....I did end up calling him on a Satuurday morning and he was very helpful. I will go back to Betz Cut for future projects when stone is required for sure! You will not go wrong by going with them.
