Citywide Demolition & Excavation

I had my property prepared and formed in my backyard around my pool area for Rob to come and poor a smooth concrete deck around my pool area. We spent 3 months preparing, grading, reinforcing, and forming everything. Rob & his concreted guy Carlos came with another 7 guys and were completely disorganized. They never had their smoothing helicoptor machine there to start and by the time it arrived the concrete had already started to harden. There was another company working next door at my neighbors doing concrete as well and all they could here was fighting and caos so they even offered to assist and gave them a lot of guidance of what they were doing wrong but they continued to massacred my backyard. No coverings at all to protect my property so my whole backyard furniture, pool house, brick on the back of my home, windows were all splatered with concrete. After I saw the finished product I was in shock, nothing was smooth, there were areas that were not level, many areas looked unfinished. This was the worst job that I had ever seen. Rob & Carlos promised to fix it and told me they had a grinder machine that would finish and smooth it and not to worry. They never came back at all and I chased him for 2 weeks to keep him to his promise but Rob stopped answering my calls and texts, left a big pile of garbage in front of my home with concrete mixed into the garbage that hardened, and lots of garbage all around my backyard. I had to get a bin myself to clean up all the mess they left behind and now I am stuck with a deck that is disgusting and a pool that I cannot use for the summer because the surface is not smooth or safe.....and the pool was empty so all the concrete has splattered into my pool and to power spray it off it has ripped pool paint surface off in many areas which I now require to repaint my entire pool surface again too, full nightmare scenario and zero help from Rob he should be ashamed. Never use this company and I plan on suing for destruction of my property, clean up and repair.

Hired Rob and his team to complete an underpinning. Work started as agreed with proper overnight in the beginning but unfortunately that was short-lived. Work slowed down from a team of 6 working everyday to 2 people coming to the site, occasionally. Rob ultimately gave me a I quoted your job too low and even though I was as willing to work with them so they finish the job, they left me hanging to complete the job on my own. Extremely poor customer service, doesnt keep his words, didnt have adequate insurance for the job and never provided it although asked a million times and left the job 2/3 leaving a huge pile of dirt, unleveled basement and didnt even complete all pockets.

CityWide Demolition demolished my home and did the footings for house. The number of people working on the project was extremely low with many days, no one showing up and at other times only 2 people working. After believing all invoices had been paid, and after two months after the work was done, further invoices showed up that were unexpected.
