I used Fabbian for an appliance delivery because they were recommended by the GE Warehouse on Dixie. I scheduled the delivery for a Tuesday and they said they'd contact me with an approximate delivery time. By noon on Tuesday I had still not received a call so I called them (strike one). It turned out they would not be able to deliver on Tuesday because they were running behind due to weather (heavy rain...strike two). We rescheduled for Wednesday and a delivery time between 11 and 1 was given. 12:30pm Wednesday and still no delivery or phone call so I followed up yet again (strike three). They said they were "on their way" and evetually arrived at approx 1:20 (strike four). My wife was home to meet them. Shortly after I get a call from my wife tellling me they're now charging us $50 more that the quoted delivery due to it being a more complex job. The reason they gave were the stairs are not in a direct straight line (umm, who's home staircase doesn't have a corner to turn?) and the unit, being a unitized washer/dryer, makes going up an down that much more difficult...ok, so they knew the unit was a single, unitized washer dryer before delivery and didn't even bother to ask me about stairs (although I did indicate it was going to the second floor so that could be assumed)...how many strikes do these guys get?! Absolutely a ridiculous experience! Do no use Fabian!
