Treehouse Furniture

I bought a bedroom set from The Treehouse at a trade show in Edmonton 4 years ago and we absolutely love it. It is 100 time better than the crap in any store. And less money for real wood. And it is Canadian made. About a month ago my son was climbing on the dresser drawer to hang a picture( he is 18 and 200 lbs) and the drawer broke. I called the customer service line and talked to one of the owners to see if I could buy a drawer. He sent me a new drawer no charge. Now that is customer service. I highly recommend this company and will make my next bedroom set purchase through them

This company is hard to deal with. They don't deliver on their promises. The product was many months late in delivery, and when it was delivered, the bedroom suite was incomplete. The company rarely answers their phone and the rare time they do, they tell you the furniture is coming ... but it doesn't arrive. Don't deal with this company. The product is not worth the stress or money.

We bought a dresser for our daughter, and when we got home we noticed that a couple drawers didn't line up. One drawer even falls off the track when it's fully opened.

I called the store and left a message. Nobody returned my call! When I called again, they said to call the warehouse because that's where we picked it up.

I called the warehouse, and also left a message that nobody returned. When I did get in contact with someone, he was not very friendly. When I told him the problem and how much we just spent, he said "you actually got a good deal!"

We just forked over our hard-earned money, and we get a product that doesn't work properly out of the box. The guy should be apologizing and offering to fix it.

Instead, he tells me that they are inspected at the factory, and that they use jigs so nothing should be wrong. Not only that, he says "You could just shim the drawer or adjust the slider inside the dresser."

I was furious! This was terrible customer service.

I was handed over to another person (manager?) who was much more friendly, and offered to drop off another drawer to us when it came in, but he never called me back!

I will never shop at Treehouse Furniture again!
