We bought a dresser for our daughter, and when we got home we noticed that a couple drawers didn't line up. One drawer even falls off the track when it's fully opened.
I called the store and left a message. Nobody returned my call! When I called again, they said to call the warehouse because that's where we picked it up.
I called the warehouse, and also left a message that nobody returned. When I did get in contact with someone, he was not very friendly. When I told him the problem and how much we just spent, he said "you actually got a good deal!"
We just forked over our hard-earned money, and we get a product that doesn't work properly out of the box. The guy should be apologizing and offering to fix it.
Instead, he tells me that they are inspected at the factory, and that they use jigs so nothing should be wrong. Not only that, he says "You could just shim the drawer or adjust the slider inside the dresser."
I was furious! This was terrible customer service.
I was handed over to another person (manager?) who was much more friendly, and offered to drop off another drawer to us when it came in, but he never called me back!
I will never shop at Treehouse Furniture again!
