Having issues with this company and the bedroom set they sent us. Working to correct it. So far on the fence. Will post review once all is done. They have been quick to reply to messages so far,
Horrible customer service. Half assed product.
Ordered bedroom set from Calgary stampede. Got up sold on the drawers but was never told it would change the entire look of the bed! Super unhappy that we didn't get the Bedframe we wanted. The support system underneath is terrible. Always shifts, or the foot or head of the mattress sinks. Frame itself is loud and creaky, and too big for a king mattress resulting in pillows always falling and getting stuck in the headboard. Tried calling customer service. They won't do anything and now don't return any e mails. or calls. For the price we paid super unhappy with the product for multiple reasons
