I am so happy i picked integrity countertops for this job.
I was in a bit of of time crunch as my daughter had already moved in and the kitchen was installed but of course had no countertops. They were so accommodating and quick to get the measurements done. I was able to pick one of the stock countertop colors which i loved and they were back in less than a week and the job was done. They look amazing and we could not be happier with the service. I would use them again in an instant and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Replaced an old rotting laminate with new Arborite. We had Integrity do the measure and installation too. Everyone we excellent to deal with, and there were no surprises at any point. Aaron did the measuring, Greg did the installation, and Breanne was extremely helpful whenever I called the office.
I will call them again for our bathrooms and rental suites, and if I ever get around to putting quartz in the kitchen, I'll call them for that, too.

Disaster was averted when I went to Integrity to fit my odd-shaped kitchen with countertops. I was impressed from my first contact with the friendly helpful Breanne.
Aaron was efficient and committed to making sure the tops would fit perfectly as he measured and planned.
Finally, there was the superb installation done by Greg who went that extra mile to ensure I was absolutely content.

I have used this company three times now for various houses and condos and have been extremely satisfied every time. The staff in the store has always been very helpful, their prices cheaper than other quotes, and their timeline for getting the work done was very acceptable. The installers have always arrived on time and been friendly and obviously take pride in their work because the countertops look wonderful.

We needed to replace our kitchen countertops, it we're looking for the cheapest decent option. The rest of our kitchen is very old, but we aren't renovating her entire thing, so needed to replace countertops only at minimal cost. We were concerned that it would be a complicated job since the countertop ran into wall and tile on all sides. Someone came to quite and assured us that they would be able to cut out the old one and slide in a new one wi no or very minimal damage to the walls and backsplash. I was thorough with my questioning since I wanted to make sure they knew what they were doing. He explained their entire process and our options which was great. We decided to go ahead. The installer who showed up to do the job was extremely pessimistic. He told me that he probably woukdnt be able to do the job as discussed and had me thinking that I was going to end up replacing my entire backsplash at additional cost. This was not at all what was discussed and I was very unimpressed. The installer proceeded and would stop before he got to a point of damaging anything. In the end, he was able to remove the old countertop and install the new without any damage, exactly as had been discussed. We are very happy with the product, but would have liked to have had a less stressful install day. I think all of this could have been avoided if the person quoting and the installer had communicated better beforehand so that the installer knew what to expect. In the end we are happy with how they managed a difficult replacement.

The cabinet company we went thru use Integrety Countertops, and we were able to visit their showroom, where they answered our questions and cut us large samples to take home. After cabinets were installed, Integrity came to do a final measurement and the install was only 2 days later. Our Pionite laminate countertop and island are beautiful! Every staff member I spoke with throughout our order was very friendly and professional. Thank-you Integrity!
