Everyone at Elite Concrete dealt with me in the most professional manner, from Marcelo, who gave me a very competitive quote and (unlike others) the truth about the need for a building permit for the job, to Helen, who always responded promptly to my phone calls. The crew members were friendly, efficient and informative and did a great job. I have no complaints, and now I have a very nice porch.
