Terrific job by George and his team. Not only did he provide an excellent product (Caesarstone kitchen counter) and service - but he also recommended where to buy our backsplash - and provided a referral (Costa) to do the backsplash install. The job entailed about 50 square feet of countertop and 30 square feet of backsplash - plus the initial demo job which was a difficult task due to the cement-base walls of our classic, custom-built home. We also had to disconnect the plumbing, install a new sink and faucet, and disconnect/re-install our cooktop stove. My biggest fear was coordinating all the work - the demo was first, plumber, counter top install, backsplash preparation (including removal of a lot of wood trim moldings and window casements), Backsplash install, Backspash grouting, plumber for the sink install, and finally - refitting all the trim pieces. I was very worried that there would be delays/waiting between some of the steps and that I personally would be chasing people to finish the job. I needn't have worried - three days after I gave George a down payment, Costa arrived to start the demo job on a Wednesday. Between George and Costa, the entire job was completed by the following Monday morning - and I didn't have to do anything other than pick up a few supplies. Great worry-free job and the kitchen looks spectacular. I'd highly recommend the Higher Grounds team. With George on the countertops and Costa as the "Tile Guy", it was clear that the Higher Grounds Team wanted to get the job done right. Thanks Team.
