Our back walkway had sunk 9" and the adjoining 200 sq. ft. patio had sunk 3"--it was major trip hazard. We checked around for quotes, but Artisan’s 5 year warranty on their work, their WCB coverage, and affiliation with BBB and Homestars were definite deciding factors.
Martin came out and gave us a fair assessment and made our job a priority. He emailed us with scheduling and kept us in the loop—great customer service.
Stefan and his work team did a phenomenal job lifting the concrete slabs of our back patio & walkway--it was a REALLY tough job. But his crew persisted when the job got tough--We had an unexpected 6"-10" void under the concrete slabs, so they ran out of concrete, but were back with more within the hour to finish it. Martin stuck by his original quote and we weren't charged for the additional concrete! His team went above and beyond our expectations with the work and service they provided.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Artisan and their crew to our friends and family. One of our neighbours has hired them to do his driveway after seeing the work they did on our patio. A very professional job done by a great skilled team!

When the crew ran short of material late in the day I was concerned they wouldn't be back for days, having to come from Surrey to North Van. However, as promised, Martin gave my job a priority and the work was finished early the next morning.
The porch and walk have been lifted maybe 5 inches and it all looks great.

Martin and his crew Staphan & Jula are very professional and did an awesome job fixing our driveway. It was heaved in many places due to roots from the boulevard tree. It is now nice and flat with no trip hazards. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves when the project was complete. Another plus is their affiliation with BBB and Homestars as well as being covered by WCB.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Artisan and their crew to our friends and family!

The did a wonderful job. We had a tight timeline and they came and did an estimate on a holiday Monday and then did the work on Wednesday allowing us to meet our deadline

It was a difficult job due to no space for them to work. But they figure a way to do it. I was very impressed. Has about 6 to 8 slope. At the end it is almost perfect. They were very patient with the job. Seen others did it near my home. What they did was they cut it into small sections, but they gave me info that it won't look as good for the future as those section might sink back down and wouldn't look as nice then

My house had sank 2 inches on the south side,artisan came in and in less than a day the work was done.very professional very clean.fantastic crew. We could not be happier with the service that they provided it's no wonder they are part of the bbb .anybody on their crew is welcome to come by for a cold one anytime

The patio in our backyard was in need of repair due to sagging and cracking over the years. It's made up of a number of different pieces so not an entirely straightforward project. After getting a few quotes we went with Artisan and are very happy. The work took just a few hours and our patio is now level with the trip hazards gone.

I had originally planned on having new concrete poured for the driveway, walkway and stairs. The driveway and walkway had cracked and sunk while the stairs had sunk about 2 inches. I contacted Martin at Artisan Concrete and he put my mind at ease that his workers could do the job. The workers were very nice to work with and did a fantastic job. They spent more time (and concrete) on the job than originally planned but the result was more than I could have hoped for. Great company, great work.

The project consisted of levelling several areas of the back patio area and raising the the whole patio ( full length of the house) approximately 3 inches. Excellent work!!
