Our back walkway had sunk 9" and the adjoining 200 sq. ft. patio had sunk 3"--it was major trip hazard. We checked around for quotes, but Artisan’s 5 year warranty on their work, their WCB coverage, and affiliation with BBB and Homestars were definite deciding factors. Martin came out and gave us a fair assessment and made our job a priority. He emailed us with scheduling and kept us in the loop—great customer service. Stefan and his work team did a phenomenal job lifting the concrete slabs of our back patio & walkway--it was a REALLY tough job. But his crew persisted when the job got tough--We had an unexpected 6"-10" void under the concrete slabs, so they ran out of concrete, but were back with more within the hour to finish it. Martin stuck by his original quote and we weren't charged for the additional concrete! His team went above and beyond our expectations with the work and service they provided. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Artisan and their crew to our friends and family. One of our neighbours has hired them to do his driveway after seeing the work they did on our patio. A very professional job done by a great skilled team!
