Campbell Pools

We ordered a pool in July and were told to allow them to monitor the chemicals in our water, as per the warranty, for the few months we would get to use it, with such a late install. We have a salt water system and recently, even with all the instructions they gave for adding anything, our pool liner of less than 4 months is incredibly faded and we are now told that the liner is not covered as part of this warranty. We are incredibly displeased as we followed their guidance and added only what was mentioned and are now told that this liner appears to be 10 years and not 4 months because of this. We do not recommend them at all for this alone. We bring them the samples and they guided us with what to put in there and now this is our fault because they have no records of our water tests for the last couple of months even though we brought in samples every 3 weeks as requested. BEWARE that this is a thing and very unfair.
