We had a flood in our basement. I called Rocky Cross and they were out almost immediately. The staff was compassionate, and explained the process clearly and guided us all along the way.

We received a quote quickly (after our insurance company denied our claim) and their prices were extremely fair. Quality of work was excellent- we had a minor deficiency with painting, but they were more than willing to correct it and satisfied our concern.

This is a company that cares about customers and clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommended !
