What a terrible experience! We purchased a fireplace and were told they could install within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting we inquired on the status and were told they had not yet pulled the permit and needed another week but there was something wrong - turns out they had the wrong address written down. The people at the location were rude and don't seem to communicate well with each other or customers. When they did come to install they gave us 24 hours notice and were there all day however did not complete the job and gave no indication as to when they would be back. When I called to complain I was told this was typical and they now had to order a custom surround which would take another 2-3 weeks. When the surround did arrive and they return the fireplace finally worked nicely but after two days it stopped. It took them 4 days to send a tech out - once again giving us short notice. The tech told us that the fireplace had been installed incorrectly and a pipe had a bend in it. He got the fireplace working and now after 3 weeks it has quit again... I am almost reluctant to follow up with the store due to the brutal service. Do not deal with this store!!!!
