Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

George provided great service and was super friendly! We are very pleased with Superior HVAC!

I had Superior Heating hook up my new propane LG stove. I was quoted $107 per hour to prepare.the stove and hook it up. It took almost two hours. I was charged an extra $55 for a helper who arrived with the technician. My cost was $366. I found out later that would have done it for 175!

The technician did not appear to know how to install the propane jets that came with the stove. I had to provide him with some of tools to do the job properly!!

When I tried to use the stove, it was burning with a completely orange flame. This means that the air/fuel mixture is incorrect and the stove is emitting co2 when burners are on. I immediately called the store and the technician's solution was to turn the stove off. When I asked his name, he hung up. I called him back. He then told me to call the store where I bought it since it wasn't his problem. I asked for his name again and he refused.

A simple stove hookup has turned into a nightmare. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

They took 6 mths to replace a thermostat, they do not return calls, they do not schedule calls, they tell you they phone you and left a message but they did not. 100% useless customer service

few days ago my air conditioner stop working I call Superior Heating & Air Conditioning for service, got told some one will come around 2 PM
repair man did show up around 3 PM
he did repair Air Conditioner but he told me cleaning inside Air Conditioner - not his responsibility... I clean inside Air Conditioner myself...
I do not know why but I think next year for Air Conditioner service I will be looking for some other Co.
but if you have emergency and need repairs fast - you could try Superior Heating & Air Conditioning for service - you may get better luck.
as my Air Conditioner working....

We had a high Lennox high efficiency furnace installed by this company last year. They were on time, quick, efficient and we have had no problems at all with the furnace. They are always available to answer any questions we might have. We are very satisfied.
