As a customer with multiple purchases, was disappointed when a newly bought product with full warranty, had a manufactures defect. Support for service/warranty was not forthcoming, leaving the buyer no choice but to have direct contact with the manufacture. This was a lengthy process with phone calls, emails, descriptions and photos. Fortunately, the manufacturer was proactive, the end result was the complaint and defect were valid, ending in a positive resolve.
