In addition to Russ' knowledge of all the appliances, it was his listening skills that stood out. He wanted to know what I needed out of the appliances. He was able to help me choose the best appliances for me. While I was renovating my kitchen, had to change one of the appliances and that was no problem. I was able to pay over a time period which helped. Due to COVID-19 my kitchen reno was delayed. Then the fridge started making noises, so need the appliances NOW. They were able to accommodate on the short lead time. Kevin was fantastic for the delivery and placement of the appliances. Went so smoothly. When Russ was not available to answer any of my questions, Matt or Shelley were always helpful. They always went the extra mile to help me out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben's Appliance in Surrey.
