I was looking for the ROVR R60 cooler, and the team at Ben's was a great help in getting what I needed.
I then had an issue with one of the attachments with the cooler 11 months after purchase and they helped connect me with supplier, and even (very quickly) got me a digital copy of my invoice that I had misplaced.
I always expect good customer service when I buy a product, but when I see the extra help provided post purchase, that's what drives me back to a company
