Avoid this company if you enjoy your sanity.
Their customer service is a joke.
My stove became possessed and turned itself on by itself. Find out it was recalled due to this issue. Called manufacturer, they mailed out the replacement parts to me. Get call from this company a few hours later to schedule an appointment. (Ok, maybe the manufacturer sent them the parts instead). They come without parts (as they are indeed being mailed to me)
After calling them,once I've received the parts the next day,(and talking to someone) for the next two weeks to arrange a Saturday appointment. Kept getting the "technician will contact you" line.
After the third time calling them, get an "oh, we are waiting for two other parts that were back ordered". Oh, well had someone said this in the first place.
Called again to see if parts are in. Told they should be arriving today and a technician will contact me.
So almost a month without a stove.
Edit: got a call the parts are in and will try to come out Saturday. They then were blaming the long wait on the manufacturer not sending the proper parts and because I'm unable to take time off work (and loose money) during the week
