Horrible customer service, absolutely worst experience ever!!
Please, do not use this company unless you want horrible headache and possibly therapy!
Main office is the major problem, the man[Hemmi] who books appointment is extremely rude, totally unprofessional, does not care about your situation. He sent the repairman with parts without first sending someone to look at the fridge, because he wanted "to save a trip". Of course the parts were not the right one so I had to wait another week without my fridge working! All through out the calls he kept blaming me !
I would never have used this company but since Samsung was paying for the repair it was their authorized dealer, I had no choice. I have complained to Samsung about this compny and hopefully they will not use them in the future!
