It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill on this purchase. We are thrilled with our new system and the value that was provided to us. They were more than accommodating, as we ordered during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since we couldn't come to the store, they delivered the unit to a safe place outside our house. We could not be more pleaaed with our vacuum system and experience!

We recently built a new home and the central vacuum system installed by the builder broke down only after a couple of years. It seems that the original central vacuum system did not have the capacity to handle the amount of vacuuming we do or the size of the house. I looked up central vacuum businesses in the GTA and was immediately interested in contacting the Etobicoke Service Centre (Beam Central Vacuum Systems) based on their high Homestars Rating. When I called, I reached Bill immediately. He was terrific. He helped us navigate through the process and even lent us a vacuum temporarily until he was able to visit and install a proper system that has the capacity to vacuum the entire house properly. My husband and I were so impressed and were happy to have dealt with such a honest person. Thanks Bill and co. !!

Our vacuum system of 13 years seized, we decided to look for other brand coz the one we had was redundant. After carefully reviewing all brands and dealers, we choose to go to Etobicoke Service Centre base on reviews and recommendations from previous customers. We were not disappointed with the product knowledge and service that Bill has provided us. Will definitely recommend them and will go back to them if the need arises again in the future. Great service!

I went into the store and met with Bill, who showed me the various options of central vac that we could choose. He then set apt for a few days out to come and install the unit. Bill and the team did an amazing job. All works great!

Bill and George arrived as promised and proceeded to change the canister in the garage. They installed the new canister and tested the system and were great at answering any questions. They were done in less than an hour. Very professional. Highly recommend them.

Our beam vacuum cleaner wasn't working

A repair man after we told him our story said he could fix it for $100 service call We called Etobicoke Service and told the owner the same story. He told me to go to the basement ,unplug the machine for 10 sec and replug.
I did that and Voila it worked!! He saved me $100

I needed a replacement for an existing, old central vacuum system. After through research I called Etobicoke Service Centre. My discussion with the owner, Bill, was straightforward & helpful. Bill, & his assistant George, installed the new system on February 9th. Their service was efficient, helpful & courteous. Bill explained everything clearly & encouraged calling him should there be any problems.
I am confident I made the right choice in choosing this company & would recommend them to my friends.

We recently purchased a Beam unit through the Etobicoke Service Center. Working with Bill was a pleasure. He recommended a great unit for our home - it is quiet, powerful and versatile! It takes up minimal space in our garage and is a beautiful red color - so it looks nice as well.

We were looked after by Bill and he took time and made suggestions on what best model will be for us. The reviews online is right. Bill is very customer oriented. Could of easily sold us a more expensive system but instead chose the right one for our needs.

Our old existing central vacuum system had low suction so I was in search of a reputable company to identify and fix the issue. I found the Etobicoke Service Centre online and based on some of the Google reviews, I decided to make the call. After speaking with Bill, the owner, I knew I had made the right decision. Bill was knowledgable and thorough in his explanation, came to our house promptly, assessed and uncovered the problem immediately (we had done some renovations and the vacuum pipeline had been knocked out of alignment). He found the precise location, cut out a piece of the drywall to get to the pipe and fixed it immediately. Although the immediate problem was resolved, we knew that our system was old and didn't have enough suction based on the size of our home, so based on Bill's recommendations, we decided to replace our unit altogether. We are extremely satisfied with the new system. We didn't realize how bad our old system was until we installed the new one. The vacuum works great, has powerful suction and the installation process was very smooth. Thank you Bill, for your professionalism, recommendations and overall great service. I would highly recommend this company.
