I found Etobicoke Service Centre on Homestars and I am very happy that I went with this business. Bill helped me choose the right CVAC system for my needs, and he went the extra mile on installation as the rough in already in place had some issues that he fixed without complaint, and would not accept an additional labour allowance for as offered. I was also given a free hose cover, which was applied without being asked - a kind extra touch. The quality of the product and the service is top notch. And the warranty can't be beat. I highly recommend Bill and his business for all your vacuum needs. Thank you.

Bill was extremely helpful and detail oriented to all of our needs. He gave me very specific details on how to remove our old system and installed the new one. My central vacuum unit needed replacement. Placed a call and the next day Bill delivered the new unit at my doorstep. Always with great advice, professionalism and knowledge over the phone or in store. I live at the other end of the city, there are other stores next to me, but none compare with the service you get at Etobicoke Service Centre weather it is for accessories, equipment or only information and advice.

During the pandemic outbreak our central vacuum system stopped working and it was Easter weekend. It turns out that the motor was burned out. I searched online to find the required part and when I found the Etobicoke Service Central website I sent an e-mail enquiring about the part. Despite the fact that it was a long weekend, Bill returned my e-mail almost immediately, let me know that the part was in stock and that he could drop off to me in the next day or two. What great service! I installed the new motor and now we can use the central vacuum again. Thanks Bill!

I purchased a new central vacuum unit; because of the reduced hours associated with COVID I had e-mailed the store to check stock availability and modified opening hours - I received a quick response and an offer of free delivery at my convenience. Thereafter Bill followed-up to check that the instal was going well and actually dropped-off some PVC cement to help with the final plumbing connection - extraordinary customer service and at the best price I could find in Canada!
