Bill is awesome. I walked in with a broken Beam Central vacuum power unit. He bench tested it on the spot and quickly found a short in the motor. I picked up the exact model right away as a replacement and was off and running.

Bill did such a great job throughout this project. From providing us professional advice, to scheduling the appointment, to the installation and testing of the unit... we couldn't be happier! Bill arrive 10 minutes ahead of time in the morning, did the installation, was wearing a mask when entering the house and tested the unit. All was done hassle free within an hour.

Why we really, really liked dealing with Bill was because:
1. He advised me that I could to it myself if I wanted to save some money, that's when I decided to give him the installation job. 2. He changed us the hoes after we tried them because they were a bit too big for us 3. He asked us if it would be possible to work on a bank holiday day to protect a big project the next day. We were able to accommodate this. 4. He took the time to share stories and engage on insightful conversations.
