Bill is awesome. I walked in with a broken Beam Central vacuum power unit. He bench tested it on the spot and quickly found a short in the motor. I picked up the exact model right away as a replacement and was off and running.
Very pleased with the counsel, the speed of service and the products in stock for immediate pick up.
I would highly recommend the store over a big box for the advice alone
