The Owner of Magic Maid Cleaning Services, Darren, sends me a text while I'm teaching at the work saying he forgot some of his cleaning cloths in the home, requesting the Garage Door access code in order to retrieve them. Unfortunately, I use it so rarely as I punch it in using a habitual pattern for which I couldn't recall the exact number sequence when I did use it. I thought it was an unusual request as they have left cleaning products behind before and it never seemed an issue.
Upon returning home, to my dismay, while I'm looking for these "missing cleaning cloths, I find them draped over my living room surveillance cameras (See photos attached). Any homeowner has a legal right to surveil their residence. What was done here was clearly inappropriate, and the excuse given that the staff didn't like the cameras watching them is absolute nonsense. The firm never had any issues when I was home with my Mother and they were cleaning and present to on serve so how could the cameras possibly have been an issue?
Obviously the camera's were being covered for a reason none of which are defendable. Honest people dont worry abouy security camera's because the are not doing dishonest things.
