Josh and his team was referred to us by a neighbor who works in the construction industry. Josh was punctual, through with his estimate, accommodating in the timing since we had gotten stiffed(no show) by another contractor and personable. The crew did a nice job of matching up the new to the existing, kept the job site clean and overall did a really nice job. We most certainly will consider Josh for our future projects as he has a firm grasp of customer service and believes in being competitively priced.

Josh and his team worked diligently to build a legal rental suite in our basement. He co-ordinated with the city inspector to ensure all the work was inspected at the appropriate times for the permits. He ran through all the numbers with me for the entire project and updated me as things changed/or went over budget. Josh and his team were polite, respectful, and constantly kept the job site clean. The final result was a gorgeous rental apartment that rented within a week. Thanks for a job well done.

Great Job done by Joshua's company. Very reliable company, dependable, open to suggestions, did a very good job of installing the stone panels.We certainly would use their services again.We were the first in The neighbourhood to install this stone.Everyone who sees it likes it.

our bedroom was old and too small so we had it totally taken apart and rewired,insulated and dry walled. The job came out great.The next job i had them do was build me a storage barn in my back yard . The building came out better then I could imagine it would.

We hired Joshua Fawcett because he is a friend of my husband and we heard he did interlocking work. We had used a local person to do the interlocking in our front yard but even though we called regularly he never returned to do the work in the back yard. That was another motivation for hiring Joshua. He started the work when he said he would, kept in touch with us on a regular basis if there were any problems in returning to complete the work and did a beautiful job of our front and back yards. He and his crew did the work very quickly as well.

We have already recommended Joshua to our neighbour and would highly reommend him to anyone else who is looking for this type of work to be done.
