Jennifer is an artist. She transformed an old mismatched sofa and chairs, which had been destroyed by numerous animals, into a beautiful, comfortable set. Stunning! In addition to her mastery of her craft, she's very laid back and easy to work with.

Notwithstanding a minor misunderstanding, Jennifer did a great job of recovering my sofa cushions and ottoman. During the work she had broken her foot so there was short delay in finishing the project, which was certainly understandable and had no impact on the quality of her work. I am very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend Jennifer and Highwood Upholstery.

Excellent workmanship in the art of her upholstery techniques. Jennifer added a cord around the back of the chair profile and renailed the decorative nails to the inside which modernized the appearance of these 40+ year old chairs. Good selection of fabrics, knowledgable about the characteristics of the fabrics (wearability, stain management etc). She did the wortk on time and on budget.
