Cascade Lock & Safe

I went in to have a couple keys for a my vehicle cut that I purchased for 400$. I was told that they were capable of cutting and programming these keys. When the keys were cut they were both cut wrong and did not work properly. One did not work at all, and the other would eventually work after a lot of fiddling and jiggling. When I left we were both of the understanding that the job was not done right, and was to be rectified at a future date and time. I made another trip into town to the locksmith and the person cutting the keys knew i was coming yet didnt bother to plug in the scan tool required to program the keys. After wasting another 40 mins of my time she concluded that the scan tool wouldn't work because the battery was too low, she shrugged and said "huh I dunno"
I took it upon myself to do some research in the hopes of finding a solution as the employee at fault had ZERO interest in trying to solve the problem at hand or trying to find a solution or help at all.
I found some information on how to get it sorted properly and was then told she didn't have time and was too busy to fix her mistake. I asked her to be accountable for a job done poorly and was told to deal with it myself. I then reached out to the actual owner of the business (as the person that ruined my keys is a trainee trying to buy the business) and the owner won't even return my calls or address his employees mistake that has been VERY COSTLY between gas, time wasted, time left without a vehicle and the 400$ it cost me for the keys just for them to be destroyed, not to mention the fact that I am left having to pay for their mistake because they do not stand behind the work they do and are NOT AT ALL qualified nor do they have the experience required to be cutting and programming vehicle keys... I wouldn't even trust them with a house key at this point.. not to mention she was extremely rude to my partner who was asked to go pick up a key for me... very unprofessional for starters, and not a great way to build a reputable name for yourself!
