Carlo was quick and responsive to our call and concern. Newish to TO and the creatures that make their lives in our 'hood turned my stomach. Carlo was knowledgable and helpful. We found several ants in the kitchen area last month. Within 2 hours of the initial call to Cain Pest Control, someone was here to spray the kitchen area which has been free of ants ever since. We called yesterday when we found some ants in our bedroom and the very next day, someone came to spray the entire home (including the exterior). No questions asked. The 1 year guarantee worked for us and customer care has been excellent. We are very pleased with the results.

I called Carlo last year when we noticed "sawdust" around the back porch and suspected carpenter ants that we actually saw running around.

This winter, we discovered that we had several unwanted houseguests in the form of mice in the kitchen. We called Cain that night, and Carlo himself answered the phone and was there, on time, the next day. Carlo was knowledgeable, kind, and very calm. I woke up one evening to a bat flying around my bedroom and my cat chasing it. I called Carlos (4 am) and he was at my house within 20 minutes and removed the bat promptly. 3 weeks later the same thing happened again and Carlo came right over. The next day he returned to check my attic and surrounding area for bats, and luckily found no evidence of bats living in my house......Hopefully, I will not have to call Carlos again for a very long time, but if I do, I know I can trust him to be here promptly.

I had a beg bug problem that slowly reared its bites throughout a period of 4 to 5 weeks. After finally figuring out it was a bed bug issue, I quickly called CAIN (through a referral from a friend).

The owner was very thorough in explaining to me the process of exterminating these bugs and gave me peace of mind that this is a small problem relative to other pest infestations. I called at 5 p.m. and he sent an exterminator over at 8 a.m. the next morning.

We bought our home in downtown Toronto and moved in just as some of the city's services, including garbage collection, went on strike. As the colder weather set in, we noticed droppings inside our home and based on positive reviews from other Homestars members we called Cain right away. Carlo was knowledgeable and we knew we were in good hands from the beginning. He had Tony, a member of his crew, out at our house the very next day. Not only did Tony show up on time; he was early. He found the entry point where the rat had been making its way into our home and sealed it up so that there could be no further entries into the home. He answered all of my questions and the rat was caught right away. Cain's work comes with a one-year warranty and they also offered suggestions for other steps we could take to further protect our home from unwanted guests. We plan to put these measures in place right away.

Last winter mice had entered the townhouse. I bought food/noise makers which were said to be "professional grade". This was a complete waste of money. I called Ahmad who took care of most of them with one visit. However he happily came back to take care of the ones remaining. He lived up to his guarantee. I would definitely use him again. No more rodents in the house!
