Cain was fast, reliable and offered the best warranty I've seen. 1 year on a condo for bed bugs, spraying every month if required. Carlo gave me detailed instructions of what to do to prepare and was considerably less expensive than other companies I had contacted (and who only offered 3 month warranties). He was friendly, professional and prepared (he came with slippers to wear on my carpet). He did a thorough spray and even helped move some furniture!
