Appliance Installation etc

Leon from Acores Appliances was great. I actually used him to do appliance installation following my move to a new place 2 months ago. I moved with me a full size washer and dryer (dryer is gas) and found that the moving company guys literally wedged them into the laundry closet rather than stacking them (which overall was ok). But in the beginning not only could I not open the doors of either the washer or dryer, but I could not get behind the dryer to hook up the gas even if I knew how - or had the required yellow hose or dryer vent tube. After calling a couple of a few technicians, I settled on Acores Appliances mainly because 1) I got a live person the first time I called (Leon); 2) He said he would call me back in 30 minutes with scheduling options for that week - and he did; and 3) reasonable pricing. Leon came on time, with the required tube and hose in tow (of course I paid $2 or $3 extra for that, but another place I called said I would have to go purchase the parts myself so it was worth it for them to bring it). He was nice, professional, fast, and cleaned up afterwards. He also fixed the detergent dispensing cup. I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair issues. As an aside, I mentioned an HVAC issue I was having and while they couldn't address that, they recommended another provider for me to call. To me, that shows they understand the value of referrals and they want their customers to be happy. Leon and Acores Appliances over all is just great as a company, don't hesitate and give them a call.
