Raffi came over to my house and realized that he could not connect my fridge due to plastic tubing vs copper tubing in the house. He came on a Saturday morning, spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me. He didn't even charge me anything because he couldn't do the work!!!!
A wonderful engageing man with years of experience - I recommend him without hesitation
