A few years back ( Feb. 2013) I had a Culligan water softener installed, a unit that had thus far not given us any problems. After a 12-hour power failure however I found the salt container full of water, instead of salt. (A problem probably caused by me not having refilled the container with salt.) So I send an email to Christine Pavan (a name and email address I had on file from early 2013). To my surprise, I had a response within the hour and this on a Saturday inquiring about the exact problem. This first email was followed by a call from the services manager (Jeff) who very competently explained the probably cause of the problem and what to do about it. Truly customer services at its best even after three (3) years of having the system installed. Well done!
