Through persistence & follow-up solved a very difficult furnace control problem that other techs. walked away from over a long period. Anthony took my call after my gas was been shut off due to a complaint of a smell of gas. He made the trip into the city, and even called when he was going to be late due to an appointment that went overtime. He was on the phone with Navien and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained how and why the problem occurred in the first place. Turns out there was no problem at all, but he did discover the control panel was not working like it should and replaced it. Even though, he went above and beyond - traveling the distance he did, etc, he have me a fair price. I'm really glad I called them.

I'm very happy with the service provided by NorthWest Gas. I had purchased a Hot Water Tank online and they were about to install it they found out Amazon had delivered a conventional hot one tank, instead of a Power Vented. Since there was no time to exchange it I spoke with Louis from NorthWest Gas, and he had a new Powered Vented hot water tank delivered and installed for us the very next day. They also installed our new Gas Dryer and in fact the installer pointed out that the handy man who was installed the dryer vent had placed it less than 1 metre away from the gas regulator, which was against the code and prompted my to call the Gas Company to install a new gas regulator and an exhaust extension to bring it up to code: This warning from NorthWest Gas alone potentially avoid a disaster.
They also removed my old rental hot water tank and placed it in the garage so it would be easier for the Reliance folks to pick it up. NorthWest Gas is now on my Blackberry contact list for any issues related to our hot water tank, furnace and gas in general. Thank you.

Northwest Gas did an airconditioning and furnace replacement in our home, as well as my parents. Their service was professional, timely and in the case of my parents, increased the value of their home when they sold a short time later

I was home for a week in the summer and the AC was working perfectly fine. It figured that my first day back at work the following week I noticed my air was not as cool as it had been. My house slowly became warmer over the next day and a half and I realized I had to make a quick call before the scorching 30 degree weather made my house a sauna. I called Northwest gas and had immediate service. They were able to work around my work schedule and have someone there in due time. The service technician worked quickly and was able to fix the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I have used them for my maintenance ever since. I highly recommend them to all in the GTA that need good quality service in efficient time and a reasonable cost.

I sent them an email Sunday night before I went to bed after discovering my hot water heater was not turning on and I was not getting any hot water pressure. I received a call at 8am on Monday morning and by 9am had a technician here to fix the problem. He was very professional and addressed the problem quickly.
