They had, in stock, a hard-to-get spa chemical I needed, and at less cost (even including their modest shipping fee) than I could find anywhere else. It arrived within a week from half-way across the country!

Tried company for a hard to find pump. Delivery was quick but pump failed after a few months. Product isn't in their control but the service is. Great response and warranty support from Clay. I would deal with them again in a heartbeat

I started out ordering a replacement cover for my hot tub which I could buy cheaper and have shipped from Hot Tub Essentials then I could buy from anywhere in Saskatchewan. Quick delivery and excellent quality .
I needed to buy a new control pack for the tub next so once again I ordered my parts from Hot Tub Essential cheaper than anywhere else.
I ran into some problems when I hooked it all up so I phoned the company and emailed Clayton the Service Manager and quickly received a response . My Hot Tub was up and running perfectly after a few suggestions from Clayton on how to fix the situation.
Great products. Great prices. Great Service.
Highly recommended company to deal with.

Will not honor warranty
Every thing is good till you have a problem
PuraSpa is their house brand product. Multiple problems
Would not hold temp. Breaker trips. Codes out in cold weather
Extremely Slow to reply to help issues.

In the end they just do not reply.

Much better products available else where from more reputable
dealers.
NEVER HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE

I had thought using a Canadian Company would be beneficial to the Canadian economy.
I purchased a Spa Control. Upon restarting my hot tub the plumbing went. I tried tom return the item. But of course the control that was used for 10 seconds is used. They wouldn't return it.
Great business practice. Real Canadian.

I was very hesitant to order another cover online because of my past experience. I bought my last cover online from another company and it only lasted 2 years. They explained that they don't sacrifice quality and that I would notice a difference with their cover. The difference is incredible, the workmanship is perfect and I can really notice the difference in the quality of the vinyl. Thanks guys and thanks for answering all my questions.
