Mastercraft Shutters

We bought blinds from Master Craft then owned by two brothers.

They delivered and the blinds worked well in our place of business.
After a few years we are having broken ones and need to get them repaired but we cannot find Mastercraft no one answer the phones
when we call both locations. Pity they were quite good.

customer service was good but had issues with the product being done on time time (they promise before August long weekend but was not done until september) and the colour of the shutters did not match each other (painted at separate times).

Mastercraft Shutters was referred to us by our designer. After having another shutter company quote our home, we called Mastercraft. They were professional from the first time we spoke with them.

We booked a free estimate. They came out to our home and we had the most pleasant, honest and refreshing experience.

We received two prices one for doing the upstairs and another for the whole house, naturally we did the whole home.

Installation took half a day. The installer left things cleaner then when he arrived.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mastercraft Shutters – I already have.
