Maritime Fence

We saved up for a dog fence.
It’s the second product they mention in their ads.
Our dog’s are still not contained.
Fella came out when we complained. Looked at all the gaps(fence not to the ground.
Said “there’s nothing they can do” i told him several times when we paid for it initially. We stated that this has to contain dogs.
They didn’t do a very good job in fencing.
Just said he’ll call his boss. And left.5 minutes.
