Jade Stone provided us with excellent service and professionalism. There were no issues at time of delivery, installation and cleanup. We were provided with care and maintenance information and a few tips that we wouldn't have known otherwise.

Jade Stone provided great advice and installation service when we were selecting countertop material for our basement development (bathroom, bar and craft room). They directed us to material that was on sale and as a result the quartz costs of only marginally more than laminate would have cost. They accommodated our very tight time frame for having the counter tops installed prior to our deadline. The installation was professional and well done. We are very happy with the product and service.

Poor advice during selection of granite (product we purchased was impractical and difficult to maintain). Errors made during installation (holes for faucets / sinks were cut in the wrong spot due to measurement errors). Post-purchase service was poor (provided wrong product to seal granite surfaces which required additional follow-up to fix the problems created)
