Interiors completed a bathroom renovation for us about 10 years ago. The job looked great and was only a little over budget. We dealt directly with the owner Darrin. He was a great sales person and came to the job a few times too.
Recently the drywall adjacent to the shower began showing water damage. We called Interiors and were quickly called back by an estimator. When we told the estimator we were having a problem with an old job he asked us to call him next week. We did - several times. No call back - ever. A new contractor tore out the shower and showed us how the water barriers had been conspicuously installed incorrectly. The fabric was too short. It was obviously wrong. The water damage was easily traced back to the bad installation. We are disappointed with the mistake and resulting expense but find inexcusable not even bothering to come to the house to see the issue. As soon as the estimator realized it was not a new job all communication stopped. The past is the past but the current response rates the worst rating.
