We are unsettled about this situation. We in no way, have any intent to make anyone’s experience with Harris Septic result this way. We at Harris Septic were advised by the bylaw officer that it would be in our best interest to remove our unit from this location. The bylaw officer told us that the customer was notified to remove their belongings from this location, as were we. The payment for the monthly rental of the unit was reimbursed. As per our conversation on the phone, we were under the impression that the customer was aware of the illegal parking. We apologized on multiple accounts to the customer for not contacting them directly.
